At SafetyID, we work hard to get your order out quickly and reliably so your family can start using your SafetyID as soon as possible.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as:
- USPS
- UPS
- Other regional carriers as needed
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly with the carrier.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:
- Carrier issues
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
SafetyID is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed off to the carrier.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package
We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and determine next steps.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
We may expand to international shipping in the future.
