Refund & Return Policy

At SafetyID, we build products designed to protect families in real-world situations. Because our products involve activation and personal data, our return policy is slightly different from standard retail items.
🟢 Returns for Unopened Items
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
🟡 Opened but Not Activated
If you have opened your SafetyID product but have not activated or linked any tags, you may still request a return within 30 days.
To be eligible:
- Product must be in clean, resellable condition
- All components must be included
We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use or damage.
🔴 Activated Products (Non-Returnable)
Once a SafetyID tag has been activated or linked to an account, it is not eligible for return or refund.
This is because:
- Activated tags may store or be associated with personal or emergency information
- We cannot safely verify or resell activated products
- This policy helps protect the integrity and safety of all users
If you are unsure, we recommend waiting to activate your product until you are confident in your purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or does not function properly, we will:
- Replace the item at no cost
- Or provide a full refund
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
