Welcome to SafetyID. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, mobile app, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using SafetyID, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About SafetyID

SafetyID is a family safety and identity service that provides physical products (like NFC-enabled tags), a digital account platform, and real-time alerts to help caregivers stay informed and connected. Our Services may include:

  • NFC tags for children, pets, and gear
  • Emergency contact access
  • Location-based alerts ("Child tag scanned")
  • SMS verification and alert messaging
  • Account access and parental controls

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a SafetyID account. By registering, you represent that:

  • You are a parent, guardian, or authorized caregiver
  • You are providing accurate contact and emergency information
  • You will not misuse our tags or platform in any unlawful or deceptive way

3. SMS Communications

By using SafetyID, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

  • Account verification (e.g., 2FA codes)
  • Tag scan alerts
  • Service announcements or reminders

Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any SafetyIDmessage. To receive help, reply HELP or email admin@Ssfetyid.me.

4. Product Use and Safety

SafetyID Tags are not tracking devices. They rely on NFC scans by good samaritans or caregivers. While we strive to enhance safety, SafetyID is not a replacement for parental supervision or emergency services.

  • Do not attach tags in places where they could pose a choking or entanglement hazar
  • Keep tag information up to date through your account dashboard
  • SafetyID is not liable for misuse or loss of tags

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent yourself or another person’s identity
  • Use SafetyID for unlawful surveillance or data collection
  • Attempt to tamper with or reverse-engineer the hardware or software

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity on your account.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns and refunds of physical products.

7. Privacy

We care deeply about your family’s safety and privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

SafetyID is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any harm resulting from misuse or failure of tags
  • Delays or failure in SMS delivery
  • Data errors or omissions in your account

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms or using the service in a harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful way.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SafetyID after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
